How To Claim Compensation
Unfortunately more and more of us need to find out how to claim compensation whether we are victims of criminal actions, bad drivers, careless employers or even negligent professionals such as doctors, lawyers and dentists.
We all know that we are entitled to it but exactly how do we go about claiming what is rightfully ours. And just what sort of things can we claim for exactly?
In the pages of this website we endeavour to not only explain how to claim compensation but also how to choose the right lawyer or solicitor, where to go for more advice and lots of background information on the problems you may be experiencing and the issues you are facing.
We are NOT lawyers and nor do we represent any lawyers or third parties. The information on this site is freely available to you and is intended for your benefit. We will never ask for your email address and will never contact you.
This is an independent site offering free advice and information to anyone in the UK or anywhere else in the world who wants to know how to claim compensation.
Why We have Set Up This Website
Quite simply we decided to set the site up because we felt that there are very few, if any, independent sources of advice available on online.
Of course there are hundreds of websites out there that will tell you how to claim compensation but 99% of them belong to solicitors and lawyers who want your case – hardly an independent source of information.
Making A Claim
After reviewing the information on this website you may be ready to make a compensation claim. In this case you will normally need the services of a solicitor but who you choose is a matter for your own judgement.
We will offer advice on finding a compensation lawyer but will not recommend one to you. We are not qualified to do that and would lose our independent status if we did so.
We do accept advertising from lawyers and other third parties but that shouldn’t be seen as an endorsement of their services.
Please feel free to browse this site to find the information you require and please remember to bookmark us as we are regularly adding pages of further information.
